I used Everflow to build the affiliate program for my online store. I sell a physical product, and we can deliver it anywhere in the world within 14 days. Promoting the website through SEO or YouTube didn’t make sense — it would take too much time, tracking would be difficult, and there was a high risk of fraud from those channels.
We had a solid base of customers who shared promo codes, but bringing in serious performance marketers was a challenge. It sounds easy, but in practice it wasn’t. We tried to invite affiliates through promo campaigns, but the data they shared was unreliable and often full of mistakes. We added UTM links, installed pixels, adjusted attribution settings — but nothing worked. It became a mess.
Everflow turned out to be a good solution. It’s well known in the U.S., the technical team is solid, and the support is responsive. The only downside is their sales team — working with them was like going through a boss fight in a video game. It took time and effort. In my case, I was lucky: a friend introduced me to someone from Everflow directly. They did a free demo, helped me with setup, and adapted everything to our case.
Now I do the same for others. If you’re interested, I can connect you. They’ll give you a discount for the first month, and I’ll make the introduction. Just email me: requests@wealthmadesmart.com
The key benefit is that Everflow can be fully customised for your store.
I started by creating separate offers by country, for example:
- Offer 1: US & Canada — $10 CPA
- Offer 2: Germany & UK — $8 CPA
- Offer 3: Rest of World — $5 CPA (with approval)
This gave us control over where traffic was coming from and how much we were paying per conversion. We produce up to 10,000 items a month, but anything over 7,000 usually causes pressure on supply and logistics. With Everflow, I was able to set specific rules per affiliate:
- Only allow traffic from approved countries or devices
- Set daily caps for conversions
- Require manual approval for some regions
This helped us work more selectively. We focused on high-quality affiliates and ROI per unit sold, not just volume. In fact, we shut down several markets where profit margins were too low, and reallocated resources to better-performing regions.
It’s also worth mentioning their account management team. I had someone I could reach out to at any time. Whenever we saw a spike in performance or technical issues, we’d get on a call to review what was happening — whether it was the platform, or something in our own business flow that needed to change.
We use real-time analytics to track what’s going on. Everything runs through API into our main dashboard. No matter where our users come from, Everflow tracks the full journey:
- Clicks
- Conversions (purchases, sign-ups, etc.)
- Other key events (like Add to Cart, Repeat Purchase, etc.)
Cross-device and cross-country tracking works without any issues. For example, someone might click on an ad from Instagram while in Italy, then buy on desktop a few days later from France — and the full path is still recorded.
We work closely with our affiliates and share insights regularly. They want to know how they compare with others, which regions are performing best, and where we plan to scale. Over the last three years, we haven’t had a single serious issue.
Still, I always recommend booking a demo first. The team will tell you if the platform fits your case.
I know this may sound too good to be true — and yes, it’s not perfect. Sales is slow, and it took me almost a month to get in touch with someone. But the system itself is worth it. If you want to try it out, email me — I’ll introduce you and they’ll give you a discount.
